I am Scott Randolph, owner of 360 Home Inspections. I am also the only person performing and responsible for your inspection and will not pawn you off on an inexperienced employee. Your inspection will always be treated as if I personally was buying the home. This is instilled in me and presented to you from years of business experience and my high standards of customer care and service.

My pricing structure is competitive within the industry. We are not by any means the highest and we are not the cheapest nor do I want to be. Our service and attention to details speaks for itself. You are about to make a capital investment of most like over $100,000 to $500,000 or above and it is without a doubt one of the most important investment decisions you will ever make, why would you shop for the cheapest inspection service you could find?
